Maintenance
We use a dedicated maintenance portal access for maximum efficiency and full transparency for our owners. We have in house contractors that are working around the clock only for our team. Our team is available 24/7 as we provide a after office hour service as well.
Rent Collection
Automated reminders are sent starting on the 2nd of the month as rent is due on the 1st. After that a reminder is sent every other day until the 6th of the month where late fees applies. On the seven we proceed with eviction notice automatically with our automated systems and file only with owner approval by the 20th of that same month. Tenant are taking us seriously and are usually coming to a payment plan or paying their balance in its entirety.
